HOWS THAT FASHIONS CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
Hows That Fashions is committed to customer satisfaction and would like to make your online shopping experience as easy and hassle free as possible. If you receive any full price merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us along with the invoice within 7 days of purchase, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund*.
*Change of mind refunds not applicable on Sale items. Unless faulty all returned items must be in their original condition.
Upon return of faulty goods, our returns department will assess and forward on to the manufacturer. If the item is being repaired we will inform of the estimated date of completion via email. The repaired item will then be posted back to you free of charge. If the item can not be repaired or replaced you will be refunded as soon as possible after the assessment.
What is the return policy for sale items?
We are more than happy to offer an exchange on sale items purchased on the site. However, please note that we do not allow refunds for change of mind. If the item is faulty, normal refund conditions apply.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
Complete the Exchanges & Returns section on the lower part of your invoice & enclose with your merchandise you wish to return. Be sure to tick the appropriate box alongside each item you wish to return to ensure prompt turn around.
Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are enclosed in a satchel for protection or their return may be refused.
Label your package with the below address, making sure you cover or remove any original shipping label.

Attend your local Post Office and send to the specified address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest using a Registered Express Post Satchel as Hows That Fashions is not liable for lost return parcels.
Hows That Fashions will then gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product via Registered Express Post satchel.
I have lost my Invoice with the Returns Section. What do I do?
If this is the case please contact our customer service team by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0408178985 so we can re-issue you with an invoice.
What happens to my return when it reaches Hows That Fashions?
Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment. Refunds for credit card payments will be automatically issued to your bank account, please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to show in your account due to bank processing time. Refunds for PayPal payments will be issued back to your PayPal account within 5 business days of us confirming receipt of your return. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email from us within 10 days of posting your order back to us, please contact our Customer Service department and we will help you to find it. If you have a tracking number for this parcel, please inform us of this.
Do Hows That Fashions pay for my return shipping?
If the returned item was damaged, defective or if the incorrect item was shipped to you then Hows That Fashions will pay for the return shipping cost upon assessment, as well as the shipping for the new item. In the case of reimbursement of shipping, a receipt is required to be sent with the return. If the returned item was what you ordered but turned out to be not exactly what you were hoping for (i.e. you weren`t happy with your choice of size, colour, style) then we ask that you pay for the cost of returning that item to us. We think that`s only fair. We will however cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
NOTE: There will be a delivery delay on purchases during the Christmas and New Year break.)
We use Registered Australia Post Express Post service for most deliveries Australia wide as they provide a fast, traceable and secure service. With its Express Post service Australia Post offer next business day delivery to most capital cities and major metropolitan areas - but this is not guaranteed. Regional and more remote areas can generally expect delivery within 2-5 days.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne.
Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) each working day will be shipped the following working day with delivery to most capital cities and major metropolitan areas within 2 working days from the time of order.*
Orders received over the weekend or on a Public Holiday observed in Victoria will be dispatched with the next business day.
Hows That Fashions does not ship outside of Australia.
Registered Australia Post Express Post 3kg satchel delivery charge is $20.45* - for garments up to $300
Registered Australia Post Express Post 3kg satchel delivery charge is $23.45* - for garments up to $400
Important: We strongly recommend that you provide a suitable delivery address as the package will need to be signed for.
If you`re not home when Australia Post attempts delivery they will leave you a card indicating the option for another delivery time or alternatively direct you to your local Post Office where you may pick up the parcel.
